"Thanks for reaching out. We had a really good experience. Manuel arrived to our apartment early but let us know not to worry, he will wait until the scheduled time. It was really helpful that he spoke Spanish and English. The route was nerve wracking at times - intermittent pouring rain on winding roads, and we saw several serious truck accidents - but Manual remained safe and that help us feel more calm. We got to our destination sooner than I thought given all the construction and traffic we hit so we appreciate all that Manuel did to get us there safely and within reasonable time since itâs such a long drive. He also made a bathroom stop for us and it was a clean bathroom which after traveling in Costa Rica before, I really appreciate as there are some not so great bathroom options along these long drives, and with a child it was a relief to have a clean"

"Our driver was waiting for us at the airport, and after waiting in line for almost 2 hours at the passport control, we were more than happy to sit down in a clean, cold car with a bottle of water for each of us.
