"We booked with Daytrip for a journey from Porto to Lisbon. This is our first time using Daytrip and we were so impressed with this service, we’ve told so many of our friends and would like to share with you here.
Prior to our trip, we scheduled 3 stops: Aveiro, Coimbra and Obidos. The website was very easy to use and offered recommendations for stops along the way and the additional costs. Our driver/guide for the day is Nuno, a Porto native. It was very easy to communicate with him on WhatsApp.
We were promptly picked up from our hotel at the scheduled time in a Mercedes wagon. Though it was just the 2 of us, the vehicle would’ve comfortably fit 4.
There was WiFi, water and umbrellas in the car. The car was impeccably clean.
Nuno was fantastic! He gave us tips along the way. He let us sleep and as when we ere awake, answered any questions we had.
At each stop, we had the peace of mind knowing our belongings were safe as Nuno was close to the car at all times while we went out to venture.
I highly recommend this option to travel between 2 cities with your own curated stops along the way!"

"Our driver Jesse was wonderful! He introduced himself via WhatsApp the day before. He arrived on time to begin the drive from Porto to Lisbon with a couple of planned stops along the way. Due to the heavy rain we couldn't walk around at our first scheduled stop in Aveiro, however, Jesse drove us around to show us the quaint town.
Fortunately, the rain subsided when we arrive in Obidos. Jesse gave us a tour of the village and the castle. And recommended a lovely restaurant for a delicious lunch.
