Luis arrived promptly on time, he spoke very good English and was very knowledgable in answering our questions about Portugal, etc. His car was very roomy for our group of 4 and all of our luggage. It was also very comfortable and clean which we greatly appreciated. Also we are all non-smokers so having a smoke free car was very nice. When we need such transportation again I would definitely use your services and would highly recommend them to others.

Jose and Reuben were kind, funny, charitable, informative and above all else, excellent and safe drivers. It is because of them, we saw an important part of Fatima that the guide books do not even mention; while we believed the Shrine of Fatima was the focus of our pilgrimage, it was the trip recommended by them to the area of the homes of the three children that fulfilled our pilgrimage. Had it not been for them, we would have missed that experience.
As far as your services—I cannot think of one thing you could improve upon. Daytrip responded quickly to all my emails—and worked quickly to rectify any issues I had. (The most challenging was that my credit card had been charged for the trip, but daytrip could not find proof of it. I worked with a person on the website’s “chat now” feature, and she worked to find the glitch.). Daytrip remained professional the entire time. Your emails confirming and reminding me of upcoming trips were very helpful.
I will most certainly recommend your services and look forward to using them again upon our return to Europe.
