""Daytrip and Pham made our arrival at Da Nang very much less stressful. The Team came through with a late request by us for a pick up when we landed at Da Nang (sorry we didn’t plan better).
We landed at 5:30pm and expected a late pick up because we booked late, but Pham messaged us upon landing and let us know he was waiting. Super helpful to us and as mentioned, very much reduced our stress.
The ride was smooth and safe even though we had heavy rains. Pham was friendly and reassuring.
Another great ride with Daytrip!

I can tell you that Pham was the perfect driver - we could not have asked for a better experience.
He was polite, very punctual (important to us) and spoke English very well so we learnt about Vietnam and it's culture as we travelled.
On that basis it's hard to say how you could improve.

"Tony arrived early, was courteous and knowledgeable. His English is excellent, driving was safe and he pointed out things of interest along the way. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. He helped with bags and made sure we were checked in before he left, which went above and beyond what I expected. He also provided a excellent restaurant recommendation. Definitely a five star experience!
