"Just wanted to send a note about our experience with Damian today! He was so great during our entire journey, from Cancun to Merida. The (almost) four hour drive was very comfortable, and he drove very responsibly and respectfully. Damian kept asking to make sure we were comfortable, and that the air conditioning and music were to our liking. He also brought a cooler so we could chill our refreshments, and allowed us a short break at a rest stop part way through the journey. Damian himself is a wonderful human - he was very friendly, kind and as I mentioned before, very attentive.

"I just wanted to let you know that our experience with Javier F. was wonderful. We liked him so much that we requested him for our return trip from Merida to Cancun airport. Javier was prompt both times, and he even wrote me prior to each trip to confirm the details. The van was so clean, and he even had drinks and snacks in the car for us. These treats were especially a hit with my daughter. On our return trip, he restocked the supply so we could enjoy our favorite treats. Javier told us about local places and sites that we should consider seeing while in Mexico. His kindness was priceless. He was so helpful and always provided assistance for me in and out of the van. On our return trip, my husband was feeling ill, and he knew all of the restrooms in the area because my husband had to stop twice. Also, he had an electrolyte drink in his supply of drinks which helped to keep my husband hydrated. Javier is a wonderful person and driverâ my family felt very safe in his care. You should consider yourself lucky to have him in your employment- he is very nice, kind and reliable. When I am in Cancun again, I will request him as a driver.

"This morning promptly at 11:00AM Julio was outside our hotel. He drove us to our new hotel, ensured we got checked in properly and organized our dinner reservation for this evening. Again, we couldnât have managed without him.
Julio also went above and beyond the call of duty by contacting his sister in San Miquel de Allende to ensure that we would be accommodated later in the month when we travel there for a few weeks before we end our wonderful sojourn in Mexico.
We are so fortunate that we crossed paths with Julio. He is an exceptional human being and again we would like him to be recognized for going above and beyond the call of duty.

"Our trip went very smoothly with no problems. Oscar was an excellent driver. He called the day before to check in and confirm our pick up location, which was great because I had been worried about the address for the resort near Cancun where we were staying being vague/hard to find. He showed up right on time to pick us up. Oscar gave us a lot of good cultural and historical information about the area. He was always happy to talk to us, but did not talk too much and let us rest quietly when needed. We arrived to all of our side destinations (Ek Balam and Chichen Itza) in a timely manner, and he found us a very good place to eat lunch on the way. We arrived at our final destination (Merida) exactly when predicted. I would absolutely ride with Oscar again and would recommend him highly to others."
