He picked us up right on time, had the car parked right outside the hotel, which was not easy since our hotel was located inside Berat Castle, and he was an extremely safe driver. He also got us to our hotel in Gjirokaster sooner than we expected, which was great. Needless to say, driving through the steep streets of Gjirokaster is no easy task, but Lorenco did it beautifully. "regarding my trip the driver went beyond the call of duty. The road to Berat was blocked for four hours because of police activity. The driver waited the delay and then going to Girokaster to avoid a similar delay took a long detour which increased the work for him four fold. He never complained about the extra time nor the extra petrol. So I would rate his performance heroic. He was excellent. In Girokaster town the road to the hotel was blocked by a Rock Concert. He parked the car some distance away and carried my luggage to the hotel. (I am 80 years old.) So for me I was very lucky to have him. He also spoke good English so we had a mutually interesting time. Driver is highly recommended. "

He went out of his way to make the trip an enjoyable one keeping us entertained with his enjoyable conversation throughout the trip, and made sure we reached our hotel safely despite how difficult it was to find, and navigate the very complex and narrow streets of Gjirokaster. This was especially commendable given what a long day it was for him coming all the way from Orchid.
