He was there on time, helped us with the luggage, and was very friendly and respectful.
The ride was comfortable, and we were able to bring a snack and coffee in the car (it was much needed that early in the morning)."

For starters, he arrived early at the hotel ( our pick up location) which from a customer perspective a relief to know there were no issues with the reservation. He was waiting in the hotel lobby ready to assist with luggage. The vehicle was immaculately clean and well stocked with water. Driving skills were first rate and we felt very safe. The drop off location was difficult to find, and difficult to approach as the hotel was in a pedestrian only zone. This was no problem as the driver parked the car and carried the luggage to escort us to the hotel. On a scale of one to ten with ten the best we rate the driver an eleven!,,"

"Darko made the day really special. Let me preface it with saying that I traveled to this part of the world specifically to see Istria. I fell in love with the pictures online and had to visit. We had scheduled for a stop in Hum, which ended up being absolutely incredible. We drove on winding streets to the middle of nowhere with the windows down because the air smelled so good. Mountains and trees growing fruit and fields of flowers and olives as far as the eye could see. I loved driving through the mountains and never would have made it to such an awesome spot without the suggestion of your site. Thank you. As we began to head to Rovinj from Hum, I was like a happy dog riding with the biggest smile, in the backseat enjoying the sun and surroundings. Darko must have noticed because he pulled over and asked if weād like to see āthe most beautiful town in Istriaā despite it not being on our schedule, I jumped and said yes and he took us over to Motovun. Holy smokes. It was stunning. He provided us half an hour to walk around the town on the top of the hill and I will be forever grateful for that. It was the epitome of the Istria I loved and wanted to see and I will literally never forget it. He clearly knows and appreciates the area and to share that with us just because we would like it really meant a lot. 5 stars for Darko as well, for being considerate and picking up on what weād like, making the day special just because he could and knew better than us."
