Arman, my driver was incredibly professional, knowledgeable about the area and spoke English perfectly, which I appreciated. He also took pictures of me at the sights I stopped at because I was traveling alone and made suggestions of foods to try. I would 100% use this service again if the drivers are all like him. "The driver was great. Tessa, the tour guide that accompanied us, made the entire trip, though. She was amazing. Her caring, friendly, funny approach was comforting and pleasant. A family brought along a young boy who clearly had sensory issues and was overwhelmed by the trip. Tessa went way, way out of her way to ensure that that boy felt safe and comfortable, and to assist the parents. I hope that they conveyed this information to you, as well. She is a gem.
