"Overall, we had a very good experience from Ravenna to Venice on August 8th. We were off our ship earlier than our pick up time and Marco was already there. We simply just needed transportation to Venice and he did exactly that. We felt very safe with him and arrived on schedule as planned.
He did not speak much English, and we did not speak much Italian, yet were able to provide him with proof of payment (credit card info) that he was requesting. We needed a toilette break enroute and he found us a great spot with a coffee bar as well. He was very professional and courteous.
