"We had a wonderful experience with Mario. He was on time and very helpful. Mario went beyond expectations by renting a car to make sure we had a safe and comfortable ride (Maintenance on his own car was not completed on time, which necessitated the rental). Our trip was about 2.5 hours, and Mario was extremely interactive and willing to answer our questions and show us the sights. He is quite fluent in both English and Spanish. We felt like we learned a lot about the area by riding with Mario. He is a hard worker and very impressive person. I also really appreciate you providing contact information and pictures before the trip. This was very reassuring. "
