"Honestly, the two days with Javier, couldn’t have gone better. He was amazing. He gave us great ideas, did everything we asked. He suggested amazing alternatives, and overall was the best. I would most definitely use your services again, when in a similar situation, and location that you operate. We couldn’t have been happier with everything, and most definitely Javier. "Javier was exceptional in every way. He was at the airport waiting for us even though our flight was super late. He helped us get some sandwiches for the ride, which was a life saver for our entire family (4 kids and 2 adults). The car was comfortable and he was a wonderful guide, telling us so much about Ecuador and Cuenca. And then, he ordered a pizza on our behalf so we could have something to eat when we got to our apartment! We had a long travel day but he made it enjoyable. Can't recommend him enough."
