"He arrived early; When Mohammed finally arrived, he helped Mohammed load our baggage onto Mohammed’s van; He was very warm and friendly, and we were soon talking about our lives, and our countries’ shared history and heritage - Juan is Mexican and we are Filipinos. He shared his life story with us…how he ended up in Europe coming from Mexico and made us feel very comfortable and that he really enjoyed talking to us, about the opportunity working for Daytrip gave him to meet different people, and how great it was to work for DayTrip and how accommodating you all are, so it was such a surprise even to him that Mohammed could be so inflexible. He immediately called DayTrip when I could not pull up the DayTrip number on my phone, and initiated all discussion with DayTrip and with Mohammad, leading to Mohammad’s finally agreeing to the stopover change) and said that he did not have any problem changing the stopover to from Clara Maria Cheese and Clog Factory to Kinderdijk. He immediately called Mohammed and explained to him that there should not be any problem and that given Clara Maria was closed for the holiday, they (both drivers) should be reasonably accommodating enough to divert to another, stated, stopover. When we arrived at our destination, Juan dropped us off, but again accommodated another request when my son realized that he had left his cap in Juan’s car. No problem…Juan returned to our drop-off, and returned my son’s cap to him. As you can see, there’s such a big difference in my experiences with both of your drivers. I am all praises for Juan, and I would give him 5 more stars to add to the 5 stars allowed"

"I am very happy to provide feedback relating to our recent trip. Our driver Sachan arrived promptly, a little early which suited us. He presents very professionally and is very polite. His vehicle is beautifully presented and the addition of water and a sweet treat was appreciated. Sachan explained the route for the trip prior to departure, and offered the opportunity for extra toilet breaks if needed. Sachan is a confident and competent driver and the trip was very smooth. We found the whole process of booking, through to the actual trip was very seamless. We would be happy to re-use/refer the company and Sachan again in the future."

"Philippe was a wonderful host. We had to wait 1 hour, at my request, hoping a parcel would arrive for me to take to Amsterdam. Philippe was very accommodating and advised us that we had him for the whole day and adjusted to all of our needs. We enjoyed the locations he took us to on the way to our final destination. His vehicle was very nice and comfortable. The communications for "pick up and drop offs" was excellent and made for a worry free trip. We enjoyed visiting with him and learning about the area we travelled through."
