"I was very nervous due to the fact that we were arriving late due to flight issues and the company email said the driver would wait only an hour. after scheduled pick up. When we did arrive in Zagreb there was a text message sent earlier by Igor stating he was watching our flight and knew we were running late and would be there to pick us up as promised.
