"Our driver was great. I texted with him the morning of our pickup. He texted back to say he was in his way. A little later he texted to say he was caught in traffic and would be ten minutes late. He offered many apologies. It was in Mexico City so not unexpected. He was friendly and polite and had water bottles for us. The trip was just under 3 hours as planned. It was our first experience with Daytrip. We will use them again. "

"We really enjoyed our day with Juan. He customized the trip for us and took us to Bernal, which my geologist husband really liked. You should add it as an optional stop. When some personal business caused us to have to be on the phone for the entire time we were at one of the stops, he was kind enough to go in search of food for us to eat while he drove to the next stop. He was also cognizant if the impending traffic due to our trip being on the Friday before the Easter holidays. On the way into CDMX we got lots of tips on what to see and eat, so that was also very valuable. 5 star service! "
