The cruise ship had lost a piece of luggage and they were willing to wait or do whatever they could to retrieve the luggage before we left for Munich. While the bag was found...it wasn't until 2 days later and is being shipped back to the USA; but, the willingness of both of them to even try to follow the bus to see if it was on there, was above and beyond. We had an abundance of luggage and had to split our group into two vehicles and they were great about packing the vehicles and getting us on the road when we were ready.
This was the second daytrip that my husband and I did on this trip...the other from Budapest to Vienna. We have thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism of the company and will definitely be checking them out when we travel in the future. Thanks again.
