"Thank you for your assistance with this transfer and our driver as this is a problematic spot for a transfer, seeing that itâs a pedestrian zone but he was very patient not to make it a difficult pickup as he phoned the hotel with his point of pickup which for us, as clients, the hotel took us to meet him.
