He was very knowledgeable about the area and pointed out important sites like the mountains where Michelangelo sourced his marble. Great experience! "

"Our trip with Andrea N was great. He was prompt for a challenging pickup in the heart of Florence, Italy. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable and he even provided much appreciated water for us. We had a scheduled stop in Pisa that was great, including his recommendation for a place to get lunch. The drive to Monterosso al Mare was great. Andrea gave us really interesting information about the areas we drove through, pointing out the marble quarries, with information on how long they had been mined and when they will be done. The hotel let me know ahead of time that you cannot drive all the way to the hotel. Andrea called reception and carried (rolled) our bags down a steep hill right to the front door! We had been traveling by train for 2+ weeks prior to our visit to Monterosso al Mare and it was a real treat to get such personalized service from Andrea. We think your company is doing a great job and have and will continue to recommend to others.

"Our trip was great. Andrea came a bit early and was ready for us. He didnāt mind waiting while we finished breakfast. His manner was very kind and courteous. Excellent overall experience. Just a note for future. Apparently if this ever does come up for you all again going to Hotel Villa Steno in Monterosso but there is a way to come in the back way to Monterosso and drive right up to their property. They gave us directions but since Andrea said he knew the hotel and how to get there we didnāt question it or offer him directions. But it was all fine. We did have to walk up quite a hill with our luggage and itās good to know there is a way to get to their hotel and drive right up to it should you ever need to know that again. Here are the directions. Thanks for a great experience.
