"Paolo showed up right on time and was very helpful in getting my luggage to the car. He was an excellent driver and I appreciated his excellent English since I donât speak much Italian. The stop in Ferrara was interesting and at a good point in the trip to stretch my legs.
There was a bit of confusion with my hotel in Florence since Paolo had mixed up my reservation with that of another client, but we were able to get that squared away quickly. The only recommendation I would make would be to verify upfront regarding the exact destination and given all the restricted ZTLs in central Florence, ensure that there has been coordination with the Hotel regarding access.
All of that said, I would still rate Daytrip very highly and I would not hesitate to book another trip with Paolo again as my driver. He delivered my luggage and me safely and comfortably and on time, and I enjoyed our conversation the entire way."

"I took Team Daytrip on 4 legs of my journey. Venice - Florence, Florence - Rome, Rome - Sorrento, Sorrento - Naples. In all cases the drivers made sure to be there on time and communicate with me if there were any challenges with the location. They all spoke great English and provided useful information and tips on the drive and were very helpful when we made stops along the way.
I would definitely use this service again in the future and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling through Europe."
