"Our trip from Cluj to Budapest was excellent. We were so impressed by our experience with Janos -- his friendliness and knowledgeability, the cleanliness of the car -- that we cancelled our plans to rent a car to drive from Budapest to Berlin, and instead booked two more Daytrips!
Those other two trips (Budapest to Prague and Prague to Berlin) were also very good. We have been recommending Daytrips to all our friends; so far no one has ever heard of it before.
I have only one comment. We chose the 105 minute option for our stops in Oradea, Bratislava, and Dresden, and two of the drivers seemed to think that 105 minutes meant one hour and five minutes. This confusion, that it actually meant 60 minutes plus 45 minutes, was quickly cleared up each time, but maybe if they knew in advance it would be better. All the stops, by the way, were very enjoyable, and all the drivers did a great job of giving us an overview of what to do, a good walking route, must-see sights and so on.

I am responding about the following trips which we took with daytrip between May 12th and 18th,from Budapest to Sibiu; Sibiu to Braşov; Brasov to Sighisoara; from Sighisoara to Cluj and from Cluj to Budapest.
All four drivers were outstanding, on time, spoke English very well, had intimate knowledge of the area and sights visited including the history/culture/geography of the region.
