"The driver you sent to take me to Pattaya from Bangkok was the best. I have to give you and I believe Nita an A+ or a number Ten . From the moment she introduced herself , dressed professionally asking my identity then making me as comfortable as possible water and munchies in hands reach . Nita had a nice comfortable clean car and a great personality . Yes Nita was so easy to communicate with and yet very attentive to her business. Bottom line is I called your service back because I hope to have Nita drive me back to Bangkok or if not possible someone half as desirable as her. Thank you and I’m glad you have this rating system going although I haven’t been this pleased in quite a while

My trip was fantastic! First off, I was alerted that some of my stops weren’t yet open when I originally scheduled to see them so my driver kindly waited several hours even though the change was last minute. He helped me to get to all the attractions I could, recommended sights sights, and rework my schedule for max enjoyment. He even helped me get tickets to some of the attractions I wanted to see. Afterwards he dropped me off at my Airbnb.

Mac was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and very courteous to us and other people he interacted with.
He was punctual and communicated very well by text message prior to pick up.
His English language skill was good.
His vehicle was clean, comfortable and there was a full bottle of sanitiser in easy reach for us in his car.
Mac supplied us with drinks throughout the trip and wore his mask all the time. As Doctors we appreciated that.
