A few weeks before our trip, I easily changed our pick up location and received confirmation, this was a very easy process.
Then, on the day of our pick up, Paolo communicated with us that he may be a few minutes late due to traffic. He is an excellent driver and we appreciated our conversation with him on the drive. He willingly called our Airb&b host for more clear direction of where to drop us off. We enjoyed our time with Paolo very much and will be recommending day trip to friends and family. "

"We had the best time with our driver Vincenzo! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and so amenable with us due to our delay in getting to Naples. He was able to wait for us and still got us to Pompeii. Driving in Naples looks very difficult, and we were so happy that Vincenzo could navigate the roads so well while we still felt safe in his hands. We were also so happy that the car had a booster seat for our 7-year-old son.

The online booking process was intuitive and effortless, provided excellent suggestions on stops for sightseeing (in fact we added our Pompeii stopover based on this). Fairly prompt confirmation once booking was done, with details of the driver provided. Must admit being confused when the confirmatory email came with the following (not sure why this was sent to me; details were not relevant to my trip):
Our driver, Marco (not Alfonso), was on-time, pleasant, and professional. Spoke fluent English, provided excellent service. Went out of his way to drop us to a nearby pizzeria after our final proposed destination. We felt very safe during the entire drive. The car itself was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with bottled water.
Would definitely use your service again and recommend it highly. Definitely better than directly hiring local taxi service in Italy .... found some of the local taxi drivers to be unscrupulous, incommunicable, and discourteous. Daytrip scores highly on all these points... fair and transparent charging, good quality drivers and cars.
Just a couple of areas that might need improvement: Informing customers when the driver is changed, and providing a 24/7 customer service; it took more than 24 hours to answer our email query sent on a Sunday morning)."
