Opened by a passionate Dutch couple in 2014, the Kuang Si Butterfly Farm provides the many butterflies that naturally congregate around the Kuang Si Waterfall with a safe space to breed and flourish. Beautifully maintained gardens lead to a netted-enclosure where feeding stations entice the colorful insects to flit over for a close-up experience with visitors, and the optional guided tour gives the opportunity to learn more about the butterflies and local flora. There’s even a natural ‘fish spa’ where you can relax in Loatian nature while some fry exfoliate your feet!
