The beautifully designed Solar Branco Gin Library is housed in a 19th century mansion and boasts the largest collection of gin in the whole of Europe and second largest in the world. The owner has assembled the library over the course of their travels and it now contains more than 609 gins, from the United Kingdom to Japan, Australia to Israel and France to South Africa. Go on a guided tour through the library and sample the diverse array of booze for a fee, or order a cocktail for something even more opulent. The tastings are free if you bring a bottle that’s not already in the collection. Enjoy a meal while overlooking lush gardens and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, in a building that seamlessly blends historic architecture with modern design.
