Nicole's Table Cooking Classes will have you cooking up a mouth-watering Caribbean meal against a setting which, itself, is a feast for the eyes. Participants can choose between hands-on or laid-back sessions, each lasting around 3-4 hours. The menu typically includes a starter, main course, and dessert, along with Nicole's signature "old-fashioned" rum punch or other refreshing beverages. One of the captivating classes offered is "Cooking with Rum," which delves into the rich history and influence of rum on Caribbean culture and cuisine. Participants have the opportunity to taste and learn about various regional rums, starting with the island's own award-winning 5-year-old English Harbor rum and progressing to exceptional selections from Barbados, Guatemala, Cuba, Jamaica, and Martinique.
